“It’s definitely time to take a break, to recharge my batteries,” she said. “I’d like to take about six months and not go into the studio. I need to just live life, to be inspired by things again.”

She also said that she wants to do ordinary things such as going to restaurants, take a few classes, watch movies and plays on Broadway.

The singer is now in a highlight of her career. The past four years of her career, the star won seven Grammy Awards and was also involved in film projects. In December 2006 was launched movie “Dreamgirls”, in which she performed next to Eddie Murphy and Jamie Foxx, performance which nominated her to a Golden Globe. In 2009 spring was launched on theatres another movie in which she performed called “Obsessed”.
