Kevin Federline defends Britney Spears who was sued by Fernando Flores

Fernando Flores accuses Britney Spears of inappropriate nudity, unwanted se–al advances, multiple types of child abuse, incidents that have caused emotional stress, according to the dossier submitted Wednesday in a Los Angeles courtroom.

Fernando Flores asked Britney Spears and his former employer, Advanced Security Concepts Corp., damages whose amount was not disclosed.

Flores says Spears invited him to her bedroom while she was naked. He worked for the famous singer from February to July this year.

Flores is also accusing Spears of loud s-x in earshot of her kids, force feeding them food to which they’re allergic, hitting her son with a belt.

“She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress,” Flores claims. “She walked over close by, intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals.”

Spears’s spokesperson, Holly Shakoor, could not be contacted, while Advanced Security Concepts spokesman declined to comment on allegations.

Two children – Sean Preston, aged 4, and Jayden James, aged 3 – spend their time between living in Beverly Hills Britney and that of their father, dancer Kevin Federline.

Kevin Federline jumped to his ex-wife’s defense, saying claims that Britney Spears beat her children are “baseless.”

Federline now says – through his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan – that the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services investigated Flores’ allegations and determined they had no merit.
