If Eva Longoria still heals her broken heart by Tony Parker, after announcing their divorce, Christina Aguilera, whose marriage has also been shattered recently, seems to live its separation as a liberation!
Following the news of the separation, the singer quickly confirmed the divorce and that there was no hope for her and Jordan Bratman to pick up the pieces of their marriage.
But Christina Aguilera isn’t complaining about her fate. The situation is indeed sad, as she herself admits, but her only concern now is to ensure the happiness of her son, Max.
In an interview with People, Christina Aguilera talks about the reasons for the failure of her marriage, which lasted for five years:
“Things were so unhealthy and unhappy for both Jordan and me, I knew I had to end it. I really didn’t want to hurt Jordan, and I felt torn about splitting our family up.”
“When you’re unhappy in your marriage, your children are the ones who suffer,” said the singer, whose own parents divorced when she was 7. “That’s the last thing I wanted for my son.”
In addition, it seems that the Burlesque star wasted no time as she is already in love with another man, Matt Rutler.
“He’s the kind of person you could spend hours with on the phone talking to and all of a sudden it’s daylight,” she says.
