Murray argues that other doctors might be responsible for the star’s untimely death.
According to sources cited by TMZ, evidence found in the room where Michael died suggest certain drugs were “prescribed and prepared” for him to give himself.
Murray’s lawyers are not opposing L.A. County Coroner’s finding that Jackson died of a massive Propofol overdose. Instead, they aim to demonstrate that Michael woke from sleeping and gave himself the fatal does of Propofol when Murray was not in the room.
It is unknown whether Murray’s lawyers will use evidence of other doctors being implicated in MJ’s death. What is certain is that they will argue that the unfortunate event was also caused by the fact that Jackson had exhausted his body over the years due to continuous prescription drug use.
