Conrad Murray might have his medical license suspended

A lawyer representing the Medical Board is present in the courtroom and attends the debates. If the judge rules in favor of a trial, the lawyer will require that the physician be denied the right to practice. This is the third attempt by the Board, as the first two failed, and Murray was only banned from prescribing deep anesthetics.

Michael Jackson’s former doctor is fiercely defending his medical license and told the court that if he is denied the right to practice, he could no longer pay his lawyers.

In addition, such a decision in California could spark similar requests in other states where Conrad is authorized to exercise (Texas and Nevada).
