“My Name is Earl” star Jaime Pressly pleads not guilty to DUI charges

The 33-year-old entered a plea of not guilty in a Los Angeles courtroom through her attorney Richard Hutton Friday.

On January 5, Jaime was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated. Her alcohol level was 0.22, which is almost three times the legal limit.

The star was charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated by the prosecutor in Santa Monica. That means she may have to serve a sentence of one year in prison.

The news about her arrest came weeks before Pressly led for divorce from her husband of 16 months, entertainment lawyer Simran Singh.
