Lindsay Lohan hates paperwork

The jewelery store that accuses Lohan of having stolen a $2,500 necklace says the starlet never borrowed it as she claims. If that was true, she would have had to fill out a lot of paperwork, which didn’t happen.

However, Lindsay is telling friends, “I don’t deal with things like that” and sees the whole thing as a “misunderstanding.”

The jewelry store owner claims that even though the video doesn’t have any sound, there would be a paper trail with credit card information just in case something happened to the jewelry. But none of these exist.

If found guilty, Lohan could be facing felony grand theft charges which could lead to three years in prison.
