Lindsay Lohan: shocking and devastating info could ruin her case

TMZ informs the report contains undisclosed info about Lindsay that is so damaging, it could land her in prison.

Judge Keith Schwarz has offered Lohan a plea bargain that requires her to serve three months in the L.A. County jail.

If Lindsay decides to fight the charge, Judge Stephanie Sautner will have to use the report to determine a sentence. She then faces a felony charge of grand theft and a maximum 1-year jail sentence.

For the probation violation Lindsay faces more than a year in jail.

“Judge Schwartz made it clear the probation violation would be based on the theft allegation and nothing more,” Shawn Holley, her lawyer, told TMZ. “If there was information in the Probation Report, wouldn’t the allegations be based on that?”
