Madonna: prey to another unbalanced admirer

Grzegorz Matlok, a man of Polish origin, was overpowered on the ground at about 5 pm Saturday by 30 security guards when they discovered him in Madonna’s residence near Marylebone, London.

Once the police arrived, the 29-year-old stalker was arrested and taken to a police station in the area, where he was detained. He was accused of vandalism.

In 1996, a man was sentenced to 10 years in prison for stalking the pop star. He had climbed a wall of her residence in Hollywood Hills. The singer’s bodyguards stopped him by firing at him.
