Booed in Detroit, Charlie Sheen is acclaimed in Chicago

The previous day, twenty minutes after the start of his performance, spectators began to leave the room where Sheen had his first show called “My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option.”

And after just one hour of one-man show in front of some 5,000 people, interspersed with boos, the actor didn’t return on stage.

However, Chicago was a different thing for Charlie as he received a standing ovation at the beginning as well as at the end of the show.

At the beginning of the show, Sheen asked his fans “not to become f***ing Detroit tonight. Let’s show Detroit how it’s done.” More than 3600 fans supported him as the audience chanted: “Detroit sucks!”

Later in the show the actor said: “The winning started in Chicago.”
