The service offered promises the permanent unlocking of iPhones, without resorting to the jailbreak method. Users have to send the IMEI identification code and they receive another one which is inserted into the phone.
The unblocking process is conducted via iTunes, but it is unclear how the site operators manage to add the phones’ IMEI code in Apple’s system.
The functioning of this service has been confirmed, but the gimmick is likely to be a temporary one that will last until Apple fixes security issues. Once this step taken, iPhones will be locked automatically the next time iTunes services are accessed.
