Michael Jackson: trial autopsy photos presented in court

While the trial of Conrad Murray should start in less than three weeks, Judge Michael Pastor established on Thursday the exhibits which may or may not be presented during the trial.

The judge in the Superior Court of Los Angeles authorized the submission of two autopsy photos of Michael Jackson at the Conrad Murray involuntary manslaughter case.

In an image, Jackson is dressed and placed on a gurney. The other one shows his naked body but the magistrate said some parts of the picture will be blurred. He didn’t specify which.

Under the laws of evidence, those pictures are relevant, the judge said. In his view, they are not “not gruesome, graphic or inflammatory.”
