The sister of the Duchess of Cambridge revealed that she has weekly Pilates sessions to keep fit, as they help her to improve stability and posture. She attends classes at a studio in London’s Parson’s Green neighborhood.

In a statement posted on the studio’s site, Pippa says that this work has become a weekly necessity for her and that it is a wonderful escape from the busy lifestyle that she has in London.

“Whether it’s 7am in the morning or 7pm at night I always leave feeling calm, refreshed and invigorated. Over the past few months I have noticed a huge difference in my core strength and posture…From breathing techniques, muscle toning to overall flexibility and relaxation, my Pilates sessions have become something of a weekly necessity that keeps me fit, happy and energized,” Pippa said.

Kate Middleton’s sister revealed that the exercises helped her to master her emotions before the royal wedding.

Pippa, who has always been a fan of sports, says she alternates the Pilates exercises with swimming, jogging, tennis and skiing.

Pippa was a bridesmaid at the wedding of her older sister Kate to Prince William, second in line to the British throne, an event which took place on 29 April in London.

The young 27-year-old caused a sensation during the wedding and became the most wanted girl in the UK.
