Prince William and Kate return from “memorable” honeymoon in the Seychelles

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are back in the UK after spending 10 wonderful days in the Seychelles.

A spokesman for St. James’s palace said that William and Kate “thoroughly enjoyed their time together, and they are grateful to the Seychelles government for their assistance in making the honeymoon such a memorable and special 10 days.”

The head of the Seychelles tourism board, Alain St Ange, said that the couple “left happy and clearly content with their stay,” reports Associated Press.

Also, foreign minister Jean-Paul Adam said they “are truly honored that Prince William and his wife chose to return to Seychelles for this special holiday and we are proud to have been able to offer them a peaceful and private getaway.”

William and Kate rented 11 villas at North Island Lodge at a reported cost of $720,000.

Prince William is expected to resume his duties as a rescue pilot based on the Royal Air Force.
