Princess Charlene walked down the aisle in an off-the-shoulder Armani silk gown which highlighted her slim silhouette at the arm of her father.
The dress was decorated with embroidery in the shape of flowers. Behind her, a huge veil extended on a length of 20 meters of silk, accounting for 100 hours of work for the achievement of its subtle embroidery.
This shimmering white and gold dress required 2,500 hours of work, 80 meters of silk and 40,000 Swarovski crystals.
The bride was followed by six young girls in traditional dresses representing the six districts of Monaco. Prince Albert wore a white cavalry uniform. The sleeves were embroidered with oak and olive leaves and the tunic was closed with gold buttons with monogram.
The couple was united at the altar. Behind the veil, the new princess looked very moved.
