Fernando Flores, a former policeman, attacked his ex-employer on trial for sexual harassment among others, claiming $ 10 million in damages.
According to the complainant, Britney used to parade naked before him attempted to lure him into bed during his time working for her from February to July 2010.
Other accusations include disgusting hygiene habits and using several types of regular drugs and medicines. Flores also alleged the diva required that employees call her “Jennifer” and “Queen Bee”.
The trial was initiated in the summer of 2010, shortly after the bodyguard had left his post. Since then, he claims he has been suffering from insomnia and depression.
Sources close to the 29-year-old star immediately jumped to her defense, saying in particular that Fernando Flores is a liar, reports TMZ.
In her motion addressing the allegations, Spears says Flores is trying to “embellish on his tale of lewd and sensational allegations.”
The claims “contain a litany of insults toward Ms. Spears that are clearly designed to prejudice Ms. Spears in the eyes of the public and the Court.”
Last year, the Spears family issued a statement in which they criticized the former employee, accusing him of wanting to make money on their backs.
Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline has said the allegations are unfounded.
