Halle Berry scores victory in court against Gabriel Aubry

On Monday, a Los Angeles judge ruled that Aubry’s visitation with his daughter, Nahla, must remain supervised by a third party.

Aubry wanted to alter his visitation rights established by the guardianship agreement he made with the actress in August.

The model is allowed three hours alone time with the 3-year-old toddler but he must have a nanny present at all other times, especially during overnight stays.

A source close to the couple told Radar Online that Gabriel is furious about not being able to care for Nahla on his own and that having a nanny present all the time is affecting his relationship with the toddler.

Aubry is currently in Majorca looking after Nahla while Halle films her upcoming movie Cloud Atlas.

The custody arrangement implies that Halle must arrange for Aubry’s accommodations while she is on location.
