New benchmark test results show that the Samsung Galaxy S4 from Verizon carries the model number SCH-I545, which is similar to the model number SCH-i535 that was found on the carrier’s Galaxy S3.
Results from the Nenamark benchmark site reveal several details about the upcoming Samsung device.
The handset will feature a 1920 x 1080-pixel full-HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 clocked at 1.9GHz and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
In addition, Adreno 320 graphics suggest that Samsung may replace its new Exnyos 5 Octa with a Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU.
Other specs include a 4.99-inch screen, 2GB of RAM, LTE connectivity, a microSD slot and a 13-megapixel rear camera.
The rumored release date for the Galaxy S4 is March 15th.
