Shuhei Yoshida, the head of Sony’s Worldwide Studios, was interviewed by The Guardian.
He told the publication that the Japanese giant could offer various subscriptions providing access to a whole bunch of features.
Sony is considers setting up a subscription online offer, with “gold, silver or platinum levels of membership.”
However, the company will first ensure that they have more content to offer.
Yoshida also told The Guardian that it will now be possible to recover every single PlayStation 4 title digitally and that only some will be available on discs.
The PS4 is set for launch this holiday season for a price between $350 and $400.
