iPhone 6 rumors: Apple’s A7 chips for next iPhone to be produced by TSMC?

According to Economic Daily News reports [via Macotakara], TSMC will be selected by Apple to support the production of A7 processors that would normally equip the iPhone 6.

TSMC is seen by experts as the most likely successor to Samsung for the supply of Apple chips.

The manufacturer is reportedly about two months ahead of schedule in the installation of production equipment for 20-nm chips.

Previous reports stated that Cupertino and TSMC have finalized the initial design for the 20-nm A7 chip.
