In a recent note, White speculated that the iPhone 5S could be available in three different screen sizes.
Now, based on claims from his sources, he notes that the screen size will be the same as the one on the iPhone 5.
The analyst also writes that the positioning of the left side volume and mute buttons will change, which doesn’t come as a surprise given the revelations of rumored leaked parts from the upcoming device that surfaced.
In addition, he claims that fingerprint technology will be integrated in the next iPhone, making a difference in the same way Siri did for the iPhone 4S.
As for the rumored low-cost iPhone model, White writes: “Strangely enough, the lower-priced iPhone is still being called the “iPhone mini”; however, the general consensus (albeit a few disagreed and expect a slightly smaller screen) was that this new device would actually have the same screen size (i.e., 4-inches) as the iPhone 5. However, the “iPhone mini” will have a curved back casing made of colored plastic and will be thicker than the iPhone 5. We also learned the pricing could be a bit higher than our recently raised expectation, reaching as high as $400.”
A report from Japanese site Macotakara claims that the next iPhone will be available in additional colors besides black and white.
