Many are expect the announcement and even the release of the next model of iPhone.

Numerous sites have reported about a delayed launch date due to problems in production and inventory storage.

Citigroup Capital Markets performed an investigation which showed that the iPhone 5S faces a longer delay than previously predicted due to various problems in production.

The iPhone 6 isn’t likely to hit the market in 2013.

A Reuters report stated that many Apple suppliers are trying to reduce their dependence on the company as the demand for its products is wrapped in uncertainty.

The reason for this strategy could be due to continued delays in the start of mass production of the iPhone 5S, originally scheduled for June.

Analysts believe that the integration of a fingerprint sensor may have forced Apple to push the launch of the device.

On Tuesday, during the presentation of the financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2013, Apple CEO Tim Cook responded to questions from investors regarding the arrival of new products.

He said there will be no new products announced before September and revealed that his team had plenty of projects in the pipeline.

In line with this report, analysts at Citigroup Global Securities have concluded that the smartphone won’t be launched until September.

The iPhone 5S will be released simultaneously with its low-cost version in September, China Times reported, citing a new report from Citigroup Global Securities.

In addition, a TD-SCDMA version of these gadgets will be launched for Chinese mobile operator China Mobile in late September or early October.

A leaked image coming from Japanese parts shop Moumantai shows what is claimed to be the nano-SIM tray from the iPhone 5S.

The nano-SIM tray in the photo is available in the colors gray and bronze / gold and it is almost identical to that adopted for the iPhone 5.
