Other rumors about the next iPhone may be true, but we will not know for sure until the official presentation.
Below are some news and rumors that have recently appeared regarding the next iPhone.
As we previously mentioned, some of the updates implemented by Apple in iOS 7 reveal a few of the possible new features which Apple might include the iPhone 5S.
For starters, we have the Camera application that allow users to record videos at 60 fps, double the current hardware capabilities, and a new sensor could also be implemented.
Another novelty for the iPhone 5S is the fact that it may be available in different colors.
Macotakara claims that Apple plans to offer customers the opportunity to buy the next iPhone in a golden color.
Also this week new components for the iPhone 5S and low-cost iPhone surfaced, including the dock connector flex cable and loudspeaker.
In addition, Apple is reportedly testing iPhones with screens of up to 5.7 inches and an iPhone 5S with a fingerprint sensor.
Reuters reports that Apple is planning to launch two iPhones in 2014, a 4.7 inch screen device and another with a display of 5.7 inches.
The company is rumored to be preparing the launch of a low-cost iPhone which would have a sale price of only $99 and could be available in 5 or 6 colors.
Regarding the iPhone 5S, the device will be launched this year in the fall and it is likely to include a fingerprint reader.
An article by BGR speculated on the possibility that the next iPhone may skip a ‘black & slate’ version.
In support of this idea is the fact that Apple promotes the iOS 7 on white iPhone 5 models, with only one such concept presented on a black device.
Another report indicates that the iPhone 5S will “look a lot like” the iPhone 5 design.
Two new concepts came to light – an iPhone 6 concept with iOS 7 designed by ADR Studio and an iPhone 5S mockup, also with iOS 7, created by Arthur Reis.
The iPhone 6 concept design with iOS 7 features a dual LED flash, a 4.3-inch display, an 18-megapixel camera and a fingerprint reader among others.
The iPhone 5S concept with iOS 7 is equipped with a 5-megapixel iSight front camera, a new Home button, a 12-megapixel iSight Pro main camera and others specs.
