50 Cent’s lawyer said in a statement: “Curtis Jackson [50 Cent] denies these allegations as made against him. It is important to note, Mr. Jackson has not been arrested and there is no warrant outstanding for his arrest.”
“We have been in contact with the LA City Attorney’s Office and are currently conducting our own investigation into these allegations,” the rapper’s attorney added.
The police was called on June 23 at his ex’s property, where it is alleged that an argument occurred between him and his baby mama. 50 Cent is also charged for vandalism, with damage estimated at $7,000.
With five charges, the rapper will have to respond, and must appear in court on July 22.
