“The trip is planned for Australia and New Zealand,” a source told Us Weekly.
Kate is due to give birth on July 11 and the birth announcement will be framed on a wood and gold easel behind the gates of Buckingham Palace.
After the child is born, William will take a two-week paternity leave and his wife will share her time between London and her parents’ Berkshire home.
Lately Kate has been working on redecorating the nursery at Kensington Palace’s Apartment 1A where the royal family is set to move into in the fall.
“She’s still busy, making sure she’s done as much as possible for the new house before the baby is born,” an insider told the magazine. “Once the baby is here, she won’t have time for anything else!”
