In an interview with T, the New York Times Style Magazine, style icon Victoria Beckham revealed her business plans and details about family life.

“I have five categories at the moment. But at some point I would love to do shoes, I would love to do fragrance, I would love to do makeup, I would like to do underwear,” Victoria says. “I want to get bigger and bigger. I absolutely want an empire.”

Beckham also opens up about cuisine in their family, saying David went to cooking class in Italy, so he is the one who cooks in the family, and he’s doing it right.

However, the Beckham family has a personal chef who comes home a few times a week to prepare their food.

At the office, Victoria Beckham often orders sushi for the staff, while she prefers to eat corn soup followed by a salad and fruit.

The funny part of the interview is that she didn’t want to include in the photographs a bowl of grapes as a proof she has a sense of humor:

“She declined the suggestion to include a plate of grapes or some such in the picture [for the T piece]. ‘We don’t want anyone to know I eat,’” she said. ‘Why ruin that?’”
