Miley Cyrus VMA performance: see what Robin Thicke’s wife Paula Patton and mother had to say

The singer’s suggestive choreography during the performance of “Blurred Lines” surprised viewers and celebrities.

However, according to TMZ, Robin Thicke’s wife, actress Paula Patton, had no problem with Cyrus twerking on her husband, despite reports to the contrary.

Patton reportedly knew about the performance as there were “tons of rehearsals” ahead of the show.

But Thicke’s mother Gloria Loring wasn’t so unimpressed.

In an interview with “omg! Insider,” Loring expressed her surprise.

“I just keep thinking of her mother and father watching this. Oh, Lord, have mercy. … I was not expecting her to be putting her butt that close to my son. The problem is now I can never ‘unsee’ it,” she said.

“Him? Loved it. I love that suit, the black and white suit. I don’t understand what Miley Cyrus is trying to do. I just don’t understand. I think she’s misbegotten in this attempt of hers. And I think it was not beneficial.”
