Samsung Galaxy Note 3 rumored to support 4K video resolution

According to The Korea Economic Daily, the next Samsung phablet could offer 4K video capture, meaning a definition of 3840 x 2160 pixels.

This would make the Galaxy Note 3 the first phone capable of such a thing.

Moreover, the report adds that the handset could provide 24-bit/192KHz music playback, which means excellent sound.

Samsung is expected to unveil the new device during an event to be held on September 4 in Berlin.

The device is expected to sport a 5.86-inch Super AMOLED 1920×1080 pixel full HD display, a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB of Ram, and LTE-A connectivity.

Other specs include a 13-MP rear camera with optical image stabilization and a 2.1-MP front camera.
