iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C pre-orders start next week at China Unicom and China Telecom

According to Reuters, China Unicom and China Telecom will sell the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C just days after their U.S. launch.

The mobile carriers will reportedly start taking pre-orders next week and the new iPhones will arrive approximately one week later to the customer, sources say.

This would mark the first time an Apple smartphone is launched almost simultaneously in China and the United States.

China Mobile, the world’s biggest carrier, is rumored to be in talks with Cupertino over the possibility to offer the iPhone.

Apple has sent out invitations for a September 11 satellite launch in Beijing, merely several hours after the keynote that takes place at Cupertino.
