The publication writes that a thinner, lighter version of the next-generation iPad will be launched by Apple.

A thin film will reportedly be used instead of the glass from the current version, according to the company’s parts suppliers.

A new series of MacBook Pros equipped with Intel’s latest Haswell processors are also expected to be unveiled, the report claims.

Apple will hold an event where the iPad Mini and iPad are likely to be presented at 10 a.m. PT on Tuesday.
