On Nov. 13, Taylor Swift performed at the annual Victoria’s Secret fashion show.
One Angel subsequently gave her opinion about the singer, saying that Taylor does not have the profile of a Victoria’s Secret model.
“I think, you know what, God bless her heart. I think she’s great,” Jessica Hart told WWD at the time. “But I don’t know, to me, she didn’t fit. I don’t know if I should say that.”
Reports surfaced alleging that Hart might get fired by the brand but now the chief marketing officer Edward Razek told Us Weekly that such rumors are false.
“There is no truth to the rumors that Jessica Hart has been fired or that she will no longer work with the brand. As you will see, she was a great part of our show and we look forward to continuing to work with her,” he said.
Last month Razek told the same magazine that the model’s words were “wildly misinterpreted.”
“As previously reported, we at Victoria’s Secret and all those involved, including Jessica Hart, were thrilled to have Taylor be a part of the show. We look forward to sharing her performances next week during the television special,” he added on Tuesday.
