MacRumors Editor in chief Eric Slivka shot down the rumors on Twitter.
“Video of ‘iPhone 6 chassis’ starting to make the rounds. It’s an iPhone 4s part,” Slivka wrote.
Earlier this month an image that supposedly showed the future casing of the iPhone 6 appeared, suggesting that Apple is testing iPhones with larger screens.
C Technology published an imagine of the future device’s metal structure, and no one can say for sure whether these images are indeed the parts of the next iPhone, but the source previously posted images of the iPhone 5S or iPad Air, which ultimately proved to be real.
