A few days ago a tweet by Russian mobile blogger Eldar Murtazin announced the possible presentation of the Samsung Galaxy S5 on February 23rd during a press conference ahead of the Mobile World Congress trade show in Barcelona, Spain.
However, he has changed his theory and now claims the device won’t be launched next month.
According to Murtazin, due to the many leaks, Samsung could reconsider the opportunity to present its next flagship at an event in March.
He also wrote that Samsung has chosen London as the city to present the Galaxy S5, as they did last year when they introduced the 4S.
“Samsung isnt [sic] sure about place/date of sgs5 anounce [sic] after yesterday leak,” he tweeted. “They think about London again, info will be in a few days.”
Recent reports about the Galaxy S5 claim the device will pack a fingerprint scanner, despite rumors that it could come with an iris scanner.
