The site HDblog has published several screenshots of the benchmark that reportedly shows the performance of a Samsung Galaxy S5 prototype.
The smartphone has a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, and 2GB of RAM, contradicting rumors that it will be equipped with 3GB of RAM.
A rumor that is confirmed is the one regarding the 1080 x 1920 full HD display with 480 pixel-per-inch density.
The device will also reportedly feature a 16-megapixel camera and a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera.
Samsung will reportedly present the Galaxy S5 this month at MWC 2014.
