iPhone patent filed by Apple describes bezel-free display

According to Patently Apple, a patent has been granted to Cupertino for an iPhone with a curved wraparound screen.

Such a handset would feature no Home button and no bezel.

The documents explain that the flexible material that the display would be made from would be capable of “mimicking a 3D experience,” the site writes.

In addition, the volume could be adjusted “by holding a finger over the volume indicator” and “expanding the volume control over the entire left side of the device,” which would do away with physical volume buttons.
