Following meetings with Asian suppliers, Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Brian White has brought information about the next iPhone that could be true.
According to him, the 4.7-inch iPhone will be released in September, followed a month later in October by the 5.5-inch phablet-sized iPhone.
“Our visit provided us with incremental confidence in the ramp of Apple’s product pipeline this fall,” he wrote in a note to clients, according to BGR.
“For example, our research indicates that Apple will launch the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 in September, and we believe the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 could be announced at a similar time or shortly thereafter in October. As such, we are confident that the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 will be launched this year.”
Also in September Apple is expected to unveil the rumored iWatch at the same iPhone 6 event.
A recent report claimed the smartphone could feature wireless charging, NFC and better LTE, among other things.
