According to Bloomberg, the production of the next iPhone 6 models should start in July.
Both models could be unveiled at the same time in September. The main difference between the two devices will be the width of the screen.
Cupertino could thus be announcing a 4.7-inch version, followed by the 5.5-inch phablet.
The report adds that the bigger iPhone model is more difficult to produce. Industry sources indicate that Apple will use a new type of screen with tapered edges.
This information is in line with reports about the massive Foxconn hiring for the month of July.
According to the latest rumors, Apple could present its new iPhones in September during its annual keynote.
