Apple Watch will need daily recharging, Tim Cook says

The Apple CEO was one of the guests of the Digital Conference organized by the Wall Street Journal in Laguna Beach, California.

In a discussion about the smartwatch, Cook confirmed that it will need to be recharged every day.

“We think people are going to use it so much you will end up charging it daily,” he said.

Cook also said that Jony Ive and his team have got the idea that “something you wear has to be personal” and that it can’t be “geeky.”

Rumors are claiming that the device will boast a memory of 512MB RAM and 4 GB and 8 GB variants.

Another recent speculation alleged the Apple Watch could be released on Valentine’s Day in 2015.
