Bill Cosby asks interviewer to ‘scuttle’ assault allegations

The Associated Press taped an interview with Bill Cosby and published the full version with the actor’s response to the questions about the assault accusations.

During the Nov. 6 interview, the reporter asked the 77-year-old if the rape charges were true but he refused to answer all questions regarding complaints of s–ual assault.

“No, no, we don’t answer that,” Cosby said. “There’s no response. There is no comment about that. I think you were told. I don’t want to compromise your integrity, but I don’t talk about it.”

Then, once the interview ended and perhaps believing the sound and image were cut, Cosby asks the reporter not to publish the excerpt where he refuses to answer the questions about the scandal.

“Can I get something from you, that none of that will be shown?” he tells the interviewer. “I would appreciate it if it was scuttled … I think that if you want to consider yourself serious, that it will not appear anywhere.”

Meanwhile, actress Raven-Symoné, who played Bill Cosby’s granddaughter on The Cosby Show, has reacted to allegations that she was also a victim of the actor.

“I was NOT taking advantage of by Mr. Cosby when I was on the The Cosby Show!” she swroteaid on Instagram. “I was practically a baby on that show and this is truly a disgusting rumor that I want no part of!”
