Invited on the set of Ellen DeGeneres’ show The Ellen Show, Kutcher said he already knew how the series would end, despite not having taped it yet.
When asked if Sheen gets back on the sitcom, the actor gaped for a moment and started laughing then the audience went wild.
“No. I’m like, I don’t…here’s the thing if you’re working on the Warner Brothers lot,” he said. “If there’s sirens, come save me.”
“So, Charlie comes back?” DeGeneres insisted.
“I didn’t say that,” he replied. “I’m not saying that. Did I say that?”
After being killed in the series, Charlie Harper, the character played by Sheen, reappeared on the show in the guise of actress Kathy Bates.
The last episode of the CBS sitcom will air on February 19, 2015.
