Indian site Zauba has published images of a smartphone with model number SM-G920F, thought to be a version of the Galaxy S6, that has recently been brought to India for testing.
The listed value for the handset is around $300 and the device is said to be ‘for R&D purpose.’
In addition, French site Nowhereelse.fr has posted pictures of component assembly lines and what appears to be the metal build of the Galaxy S6.
The images show a frame made from a single piece of aluminum at various stages of production.
They seem to confirm recent rumors about Samsung’s choice for an aluminum rather a plastic chassis for the device.
Reports about the smartphone have also claimed that a curved display could be among its most innovative features.
