A new wave of leaked pictures of the M9 was posted by Phandroid and appears to give more credibility to previous leaks.
The device is visually very close to its predecessor. Nevertheless, it has some differences, starting with the rear camera which looks very much like a square than a circle as on previous models.
The site’s source also claims that an octa-core Snapdragon 810 chipset with Adreno 430 GPU and 3GB of RAM will equip the handset.
The M9 is also said to feature a 5-inch 1080p display, a 20.7-megapixel rear camera and a 2,840mAh battery.
The smartphone will be running Android 5.0 Lollipop and a new HTC Sense 7.0 interface.
Until the official announcement, apparently scheduled for March 1st, the rumor should be taken with a grain of salt.
