According to a “trusted source” cited by BGR, the smartphone will be powered by a 64-bit eight-core 14nm CPU that will be 50% faster.
The 5.1-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display will be protected by Gorilla Glass 4 and it will offer wonderful visibility in bright sunlight.
The device is also said to feature a 20-megapixel camera on the back with optical image stabilizer, and a 5 megapixels front camera with an f / 1.8 aperture and real-time HDR.
In terms of charging, the battery will have a capacity of 2550 mAh and the device might benefit from a wireless charging system.
Samsung also intends to propose a rapid charging system with 10 minutes of charging for 4 hours of battery life.
The smartphone will also come with a Samsung Pay application that will allow owners to use their phone as a payment device.
