The Apple Watch will be available in nine countries on April 24 and pre-orders will start on April10.
The countries where the device will initially roll out include the U.S., U.K., Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, and Japan.
The starting price of the Apple Watch Sport will be $349 for the smallest model (38 mm) and $399 for the larger version (42mm), while the standard model will start at $549 for 38mm and $599 for 42mm.
The high-end model, the 18k gold Apple Watch Edition, will be available in limited quantities in select retail stores for a price ranging between $10,000 and $17,000.
Apple CEO Tim Cook unveiled the autonomy of the watch by announcing 18 hours of operation in average use.
Recharging will be done via the MagSafe technology with charging by induction.
