Katy Perry and John Mayer were back together in January, after being separated in February 2014.
E! Online reports that Mayer says that the two are “over for good.”
The reason for their separation isn’t said to be the Roar singer’s touring, but a “lack of emotional interest on his end.”
More precisely, a source tells the site that the guitarist, 37, is telling friends that he “fell out of love with Perry but will always love her.”
In January, the pair was seen having dinner in L.A. on several occasions.
Perry, 30, recently sparked rumors of a possible pregnancy when she posted a picture of a necklace with the word “mom” on it on Instagram.
However, during an interview with On Air With Ryan Seacrest on Friday the singer clarified the speculation and explained that she doesn’t even have the time to become a mom.
“I am a mother to all of the Katy Cats,” she said. “They call me mom. It’s like an Internet thing.”
“Listen, I’m on tour and I’ve done 127 tour dates so far. It wouldn’t be appropriate at this point right now, but I am the mother to all the Katy Cats and that’s what I posted on Instagram.”
