Gisele Bündchen walks final runway show, husband Tom Brady pens sweet message on her retirement

After an extremely prolific 20-year career in the fashion industry, the Brazilian top model went up for the last time on the fashion catwalk during the presentation of Colcci’s show at Sao Paulo Fashion Week.

Bündchen has worked with the designer since her debut in the business.

At the end of the show, all other models joined the supermodel on the podium, wearing white shirts imprinted with the image of the Brazilian star, 34.

Bündchen shared a throwback picture from the early years of her career as a model with a message of gratitude.

“I am grateful that at 14, I was given the opportunity to start this journey,” she wrote before the show. “Today after 20 years in the industry, it is a privilege to be doing my last fashion show by choice and yet still be working in other facets of the business.”

Her husband, American football player Tom Brady, who was in the first row in the audience, penned a touching message to his wife.

“Congratulations Love of my Life. You inspire me every day to be a better person. I am so proud of you and everything you have accomplished on the runway. I have never met someone with more of a will to succeed and determination to overcome any obstacle in the way. You never cease to amaze me. Nobody loves life more than you and your beauty runs much deeper than what the eye can see. I can’t wait to see what’s next. I love you.”
