Kate Middleton and Prince William’s royal baby girl’s Spanish bonnet was a gift from Prince George’s nanny’s mother

After her first appearance with her royal parents the day she came into the world, people have started wondering where was her beautiful handmade bonnet from.

Well, the clothing item is from Spanish children’s wear store called Irulea, and it was reportedly a gift from the mother of Prince George’s nanny, Maria Borrallo.

Speaking with People, the store owner revealed that the bonnet was worn backwards by the Princess in the day she stepped out in front of the St. Mary’s Hospital with her parents.

“Yes, she is wearing it backwards,” Irulea’s owner told the mag. “The part that surrounds the face should be on the neck.”

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcomed daughter Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, who will be called Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte of Cambridge, on May 2.
