The image shows Princess Charlotte, 1 month, and her big brother Prince George, who will turn 2 on July 22.
“We’re delighted to share the first photo of Prince George with his little sister Princess Charlotte,” the Palace tweeted, alongside the photo of the adorable royal babies.

“The photo of Prince George and Princess Charlotte was taken by The Duchess of Cambridge in mid-May,” the Palace added.
The Daily Mail revealed earlier today that the photo was taken by the Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton, in Norfolk at their country home, Anmer Hall.
With Charlotte’s birth the tradition has been broken in the sense that the first photo is released on social media.
Also, the little princess’ birth announcement was made via Twitter, and in general almost all news related to the royal family have been made public on social media.
Princess Charlotte’s christening was disclosed on Thursday by the Palace. The event will be held on July 5, the same place where Prince William’s mother Princess Diana was baptized.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge payed tribute to William’s late mother by naming their daughter Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.
