Yesterday, June 13, a very glowing royal mother-of-two, who wore a blue-and-white Catherine Walker dress, made her first public appearance since giving birth to her second child, at the Trooping the Colour parade.
The surprise of the event was Prince George’s debut at the Buckingham Palace balcony. Kate and William’s 22-month-old son was dressed up in the same blue outfit worn by his father at the Queen’s birthday during the Buckingham balcony appearance in 1984.
Rumors regarding the Duchess of Cambridge’s first royal engagement since Princess Charlotte’s birth surfaced last month when OK! Magazine UK reported that Kate is set to make a public appearance at the Queen’s annual birthday parade on June 13.
Besides Princess Charlotte’s christening on July 5 at St. Mary Magdalene’s Church, other royal engagements of the Duchess of Cambridge have not been announced.
Kate was recently described as being “incredibly down-to-earth, very gracious and extremely polite.”
