Kim Kardashian writes letter to future self, asks herself if selfies are still a thing

In a video for Glamour in which the reality star, 34, pens a letter titled “Kim Kardashian West: A Letter to Her Future Self,” she shares her hopes and wishes for her family in 2025, but also wonders about selfies.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star begins the letter, “Dear Kim, When you read this, you’ll be 10 years older in the year 2025. I hope this is where you are. When it comes to how you feel about your body, remember to be kind to yourself and enjoy how you look now because you’re not getting any younger. May you continue to feel blessed and grateful.”

Kardashian goes on writing and turns to her daughter North West, who celebrated her second anniversary on June 5.

“Since North is now 12, I hope you remember that preteens are going through a lot. I know junior high is really tough, so remember to have a lot of patience!”

The Selfish author also voices her hopes regarding her sisters’future.

“I hope Khloe finds her happily ever after and falls madly in love because she really deserves it,” she says. “I hope Kourtney is maybe done with having babies. She has a lot on her plate and I know she doesn’t want to stop anytime soon. I hope Kendall will continue to be modeling and doing whatever she loves to do. Kylie better just be doing whatever she wants because she’s not usually one to take any direction.”

Kim reveals her hopes and questions about herself, and dreams that science will “invent a mysterious and delicious green juice to keep [her] tan forever.”

“Are you still filming Keeping Up With the Kardashians?” she asks herself. “Are you still decorating our dream home?”

Then she mentions selfies. Kardashian published a book titled “Selfish,” comprising hundreds of selfies taken over the years.

“Are selfies still a thing?” she wonders.

Perhaps with Kim, selfies will never go out of style.
